The vision for the Raspet Flight Research Laboratory (RFRL) is to establish the RFRL as a world-class flight research facility that can effectively meet the diverse needs of the government/commercial customer, students, and faculty alike. RFRL is a vital element of the Department of Aerospace Engineering at Mississippi State University. Located at Starkville's Bryan Field, the RFRL is the largest and best-equipped flight research facility in the country.

The Raspet Flight Research Laboratory provides facilities and staff for:
